Property is rundown. Asked for 2 queen beds, got 2 doubles, which were too small. Did early online check-in, but front desk person couldn't access it so had to do it all again. And only one of two keys worked. Front desk person was nice.

Good front desk service, but property not maintain

It was a decent room. Just worn down. Rooms aren’t even numbered, wear and tear , rust and dust in corners and fixtures. Breakfast buffet was not great, stale bagels and not very appetizing. Still- It’s ok in a pinch, but not the best choice. The girl behind the counter was pleasant though. She was kind and helpful which was a plus. I intended to cancel my reservation, but she was so nice I decided to stay. I hope they give her a raise.

Worst Hotel in Geneva, NY

Very cold day and upon arrival there was no heat in the room. Undergoing a major renovation, there was sheet rock dust all over the hallway. Would not have stayed there if I had know. Finally, the manager said he would charge me for one night stay instead of two but never gave me the credit. Subsequently, my phone calls were not returned.

This property was under construction...which we were not told about. No breakfast was going to be available..the hallways were dusty from construction and the linen on the beds had stains on them....very cold rooms

Awesome shower, breakfast needs improvement

Best hotel shower! The water pressure was great and the water was nice and hot. Just be careful getting in as the tub was extremely slippery. Five star bathroom Breakfast however was a bust. The milk was spoiled, the bread and bagels hard as rock. The waffle batter was watered down and it basically made fried dough. Two star breakfast
