We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The family suite was big for our family of four with lots of room for us to spread out. The staff is helpful and gave us tickets to use the tram. We did not know we got free tram tickets until we asked our waiter at the hotel where Old City Geneva was located. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport made transportation easy.

The hotel is great. Definitely stay here if you are in Geneva on a conference. The only complaint is that the waiters at the restaurant are very European, the service is slow, they don’t smile, and they don’t real care about you
