Can't trust the staff's word
My wife and daughter were booked for a two night stay. Due to an emergency, they had to leave after one night. At the time of check out, they were advised by front desk staff that they would be getting a refund for one night. That refund never came. I followed up by calling and leaving a message for the hotel manager, but I never heard back. I contacted Expedia and they could not get the hotel's permission to give the refund.

This hotel has gone downhill in the 2 years since we last visited. Location is good for proximity to Finger Lakes and to food/services. But hotel condition has dropped significantly in quality.

Great place for downtown Geneva. Dog friendly and very clean for suite we had. Park right across from hotel so good for walking everyday.

This hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. The furniture in my room was worn. The shower doors were broken. The bed was OK but creaked. The staff was nice and the location is terrific, but the facilities need to be improved
