Awful mattress with hole!

First our key cards didn’t work. After they fixed them, we weren’t told that 1 card had to be placed in a slot to provide power to the room. There were no washcloths. Worse, one of the twin beds had an 18” diameter, 6” deep compressed pocket in the middle which made sleep impossible. How could housekeeping have missed it when changing sheets????

Family trip, loved it!

Great stay, great service, great breakfast buffet, and free train passes to get all around Geneva all from the hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had a great time.

The room was great, but the overall property has a problem with noise between the corridor that serves each room and the door which slams creating excessive noise. Also other hotel guests talking in the corridor can be clearly heard, very audible and I assume that the door type and construction is of poor quality.

Conveniently located near airport, but with unconventional layout -- front lobby facing the rear parking lot, instead of street. Very close to airport, but quiet. Easily accessible from city center via public transportation.

Small rooms and tiny beds

Hotel was clean with friendly staff, but rooms and beds are very small. Rooms does not fit more than 2 people, 2 small people as the double bed is tiny. We were in a room sold for 4 people with 3 people ans felt suffocating. Both double bed and pull out sofa was too small, my daughter fell off the bed in the middle of the night.

Property was convenient to public transportation, which is free with a city pass they give you, and it takes you right to town. Morning breakfast had a lot of variety and free airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes.
