This is a nice hotel close to the airport. The breakfast is good.The shuttle is convenient and free. The tram is about 3 min.away. I think that this is the best location for someone that is in Geneva and need a place to stay.

This is a budget motel which is important in Geneva, given that many offerings cost 2X as much. It is very convenient to the airport and if you want a bit of exercise, it is only a clean, safe 15 minute walk from the terminal so I liked this. There are also numerous free buses that you can take. All was clean and efficient. Breakfast was fine, but perhaps did not have the same quality of products that you would probably see at higher end hotels. There is good food shopping near by. Overall this was a fine place from which to do business in Geneva and would be a good stopover spot on journeys that involve the Geneva airport.

Airport hotel. Very stripped down basic service rooms. But they were kind enough to let me check in a bit early. My biggest complaint was, I asked to borrow a fork. I went to retrieve that and the person who had mopped the floors yelled at me for walking on the floors after she mopped them. I couldn’t see that they were still wet and she didn’t put up a sign, but it was quite rude. I apologized that didn’t seem to stop her yelling. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Worth staying on a quick layover.

My stay was just OK. The check in was easy but the staff was rushed. The room was adequate but not as clean as it could be. The bathroom sink still had “stuff” in it, the shower did not drain very quickly so I ended up standing in about 2” of water. The breakfast area was clean and very busy. Adequate food.

Awful mattress with hole!

First our key cards didn’t work. After they fixed them, we weren’t told that 1 card had to be placed in a slot to provide power to the room. There were no washcloths. Worse, one of the twin beds had an 18” diameter, 6” deep compressed pocket in the middle which made sleep impossible. How could housekeeping have missed it when changing sheets????

Family trip, loved it!

Great stay, great service, great breakfast buffet, and free train passes to get all around Geneva all from the hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had a great time.

The room was great, but the overall property has a problem with noise between the corridor that serves each room and the door which slams creating excessive noise. Also other hotel guests talking in the corridor can be clearly heard, very audible and I assume that the door type and construction is of poor quality.
