One night I had to spend 20 minutes driving around lot looking for a spot. Breakfast options and variety could be improved. Overall, clean hotel with a professional staff. Would stay again if I have to.

Sonnenberg Gardens
Went to sonnenberg gardens with my son. Stayed here on the way home. It was a great stay for pool, comfortable room, convenient location, wine trails and visitor center and the Thruway.

We were really pleased with everything about our stay, we especially liked the pool. The only recommendation I would make concerns the breakfast area. The breads and bagels were individually wrapped, unnecessarily using too much plastic. It would be environmentally better to leave them unwrapped and have people use tongs to make their selection

Hotel was quiet and convenient. But, in a five day stay, they did not clean our room. Only replaced towels. Specifically requested a cleaning. No vacuum, no cleaning. Made the beds once. I expect better from a hotel.
