Such a let- down. No one on desk when we arrived. No service at bar. No atmosphere at all. And bed so small we wondered if we’d been allocated a single room by mistake. And they didn’t offer the tourist transport pass- we had to chase it up. An altogether thoroughly disappointing end to our holiday. Avoid this place!

Parking in Geneva can be expensive and difficult if hotel parking is full but great directions from receptionist to Gare Eau de Vives 10min walk to hotel - very helpful

Quick 2 day stay as part of a business trip. Hotel is in a great location, walkable to restaurants, shops and Jet d'Eau. Friendly staff and clean and quiet rooms.

Good area of the city but extremely outdated. Bathroom shower so small you can't turn around in it and broken shower head. Mini fridge locked so we couldn't use it for our baby's needs. Floor was dirty and bed extremely uncomfortable and loud with springs squeaking every turn.
