Great location and spotless - but no aircon

Because there was no air-conditioning in the room (which is not that unusual for Switzerland) the room was very hot for my stay in late May - I was on the first floor and when I went to open the window, all I could hear was noisy street sounds. It all meant that it was not possible to get a good nights sleep. The staff were very friendly and the room was a good size and the hotel was spotlessly clean and in a great location but the lack of Aircon was a big limitation for the stay. Maybe the hotel had better rooms available mine.

Its literally next door to the Geneva Train Station. Super convenient if you want to move around using the Swiss trains. Property was clean, front desk ladies were very helpful and the breakfast was quite good actually with the right amount of options for a hearty meal in the morning. It was a leisurely 5min walk to the Geneva lake and the dining options nearby ranged from budget friendly to upscale. Will stay again if we are in Geneva.

Great location.

This was the last hotel in a longer trip. The hotel is very near the bus terminal and just across the road to the train station so really convenient. The room was ok, clean and comfortable. We’d to ask for tea because there was only 1 teabag there. But staff were pleasant and everything as expected. I’d stay again.

First time in Geneva!

Ideal location- minutes from the station and the Lake! Lovely room with 3 large windows & a balcony. Professional, helpful, friendly staff. Would most definitely recommend it & will return in the future.

Really convenient location, so close to the train station and tram stop and not too far to walk to the lake. Staff friendly and helpful. Only downside was the sink in the bathroom was really small and had a shelf above it so not always the easiest to use, but that's just a minor detail and could adapt around it. Would definitely stsy again if in the area.
