Need Attention Before Failure
Terrible daytime desk clerk, a woman, but made up with an energetic evening gentleman who handled our check-in and requests during our stay. The woman should be let go. She told us the hotel was still renovating and that's why our bathroom was dirty and the soap containers were empty!

Unbelievable
My family and I stayed here the night before our son’s early morning hockey game in anticipation of bad weather. We were woken numerous times during the night by another guest knocking continuously on a neighboring room. We called the front desk again and again and they did not take care of the situation. So much for trying to get a good nights sleep before a game the next day.

Excellent location, close to main roads. Beautiful sunrise every morning Only ate in restaurant once, had to ask several times for my tea. Beautiful walk way but soooo many pigeons

Left the room at 10 o’clock in the morning, went down stairs and wanted to get a fresh cup of coffee, the woman there said there is no coffee left. Sorry! I asked if there was any milk or creamers available. She said she would look around for some. I said no. A chair in the room was broken and the curtain in the shower is too short, so the water just falls onto the floor and the towels that we put there became drenched. The elevator is very slow to call to the floor and the other elevator was broken. This is not what I expected for $200 . A night. The sheets were wonderful and the people who checked us in were nice.
