Almost everything was great. My only issue was that my particular room faced the very noisy main street with racing motors and sirens which made it very noisy and thus difficult to sleep. Other than that, great value for the money.

Excellent location and at an affordable price. The room was a good size with a comfy bed and was modern and clean. It has everything you need for a short stay in Geneva. The rooms don't have 'bathrooms', they are more showers with toilets in them, so not much privacy if you're sharing a room!

The host, Louis-Marie is incredibly kind and thoughtful. I got sick while staying here, and he kindly extended my stay, and checked in to make sure everything was ok. I’m very grateful to have stayed here, definitely would again. Room was clean and sweet, in great central location of the city. Thank you!

Great Location

The location was quite good. However, there’s no reception, or anyone in the hotel to ask a question. This is service business. Seeing a welcoming and smiley face is the basics of service industry and they have removed it. Price was quite good. They offered some tea and coffee but there was no coffee at the corner cafe and many of the teas were not available. No sink to wash the glasses or just rinse them. Some plastic bottles were provided, which is contrary to being eco friendliness. There were a lot of water bottles in the bin. There’s a lift and it went only up to 5th floor. The people staying at the 6th floor should be warned or there can be some sort of warning for people with larger suitcases or disabled people. They normally would accept admission after 14.00 but I received a text at 11.42 and I could enter when I was there. This is a positive experience. Overall, if you’re not too fussed about the non-existent staff, it was a nice experience altogether. One more thing lacking is the unavailability of the temporary locker. I had to go to the train station to put my stuff in a locker and paid 8CHF for that. This is also one of the basics of a hotel business, which was not available in this hotel. The bed and bedsheets were great and comfortable. Bathroom lacked the designated shower space, so after the shower, going in for washing hands meant getting your feet wet.

Arrival 16:00 Departure 10:30 a little short… in most of the hotels in Switzerland the checkout is around 12:00 The windows are not the best, not soundproof, therefore very noisy. No personal, nobody around, and online check in is not working well, as you’re not really informed that you should still check your email, fill out forms and pay online the city tax.

Tres bon séjour passé dans votre ville. Hôtel tres satisfaisant avec une chambre spacieuse. WC dans la douche un peu spécial mais nous nous y sommes habituées ! Il manquait juste un contact humain direct. Nous reviendrons chez vous si l'occasion se présentait.

Cet hebergement est excellent : - bon rapport qualité prix pour la ville - personnel très réactif et agréable - propreté du logement impeccable et tous les équipements sont à disposition - literie très confortable - bon emplacement Mis à part le côté rue qui est un peu bruyant, le logement est très bien. Je recommande vivement.

La struttura è ok, la camera molto carina e la posizione è buona, però il check-in online richiesto via email nei giorni precedenti non ha funzionato e, una volta arrivati, abbiamo dovuto telefonare per avere i codici. Inoltre non c’è un vero e proprio bagno: accanto al letto c’è l’ampia doccia con dentro anche il WC: non male come idea, ma sicuramente serve una certa confidenza con l’altro viaggiatore :)
