Highly recommend!
It was a perfect stay for our quick Geneva stop. The hotel was so close to the train station, very convenient as we were coming from Paris. The property is very modern, clean and innovative. No need for room cards as you can access your room and all its amenities with your phone. The check in was seamless and quick but the staff was readily available, if needed. They are also very friendly and helpful. Our room was awesome! Loved the setup and decor. It was super clean and very spacious. Wish we had more time in Geneva and this hotel.

The location is great, very accessible from the train station. The instructions are clear and the check in process is easy. The room is very well designed, the bed is comfortable. Would definitely be back!

Love the idea of Stay Koook. Centrally located, with access to all kinds of transportation. Love the public area on the 9th floor. Makes it feel like home. Very generous hosts. Very satisfied. And the price is perfect.

Wait until it's been open a while....
The hotel had just opened - there were dirty items in the dishwasher (which was weird because i thought nobody had stayed in the room?), i couldn't get hold of anyone as their no said error the whatsapps did not work, i asked repeatedly for my Geneva transport card and nobody responded, they then put me in a very noisy room with faults, changed my room (not because of the noise, but because the bed wouldn't expand), they started building work at 7am on the first day, and everything is new so has been off-gassing and giving me a headache. Bathroom light would not turn off at all. The bed was comfortable, it's a clever concept, but it's run by a very incompetent team. I'm sure once they get things sorted out it will be good, but right now, it's a bit of a disaster. Information given also is not clear and often the room key swipe doesn't work and says error.

Top Studio, hat genügend Platz für 1 Person, bei 2 Personen könnte es eng werden. Dachterrasse mit top Ausblick und gratis Kaffee und Tee... super. Es hat auch Waschmaschinen für die kleider zu waschen, jedoch habe ich einen Ort für die Gepäckaufbewahrung vermisst, falls man erst später weiter reist. Check-In/Out ohne soziale Interaktionen hat prima geklapt.

A experiência de se hospedar no Staykoook é melhor que hotel e melhor que Airbnb com o melhor dos dois. A única coisa que fiquei pensando foi se meu celular descarregar como eu entraria, mas não aconteceu o que deixou tudo mais que perfeito. Localização, acesso a transportes, supermercado tudo perfeito

地理位置很方便，從Genève 車站步行到酒店大概20分鐘左右，亦可由Genève 搭至Servette，再步行到酒店3分鐘。酒店樓下就有超市，房間亦有廚房，方便煮食。房間也有洗衣機，但有點嘈吵和大震動，最後放棄洗衣。整體都很好。

スイスで1番かも
最上階は共用スペースとなっており、食事をしたり寛いだり、仕事をすることもできます。広い共用スペースを取り囲むテラスからは遠くに大噴水が見え、何よりスイスの山々が一望できるのが素晴らしいです。本格的なオーブンやコンロもあるので皆んなで料理することも可能です。浄水も美味しいコーヒーもいつでも飲むことができますのでまるで我が家にいるようです。 部屋は広くはありませんが色々な仕掛けがあり、快適に過ごすことができます。もし狭さに疲れたら快適な共用スペースに行けば良いので問題ありません。タオルや部屋の掃除は原則１週間に一度だそうですが、伝えればやってくれるとのことですのでお願いするのが良いと思います（流石に１週間掃除しないのはストレスです）。ランドリーもあります。階下に使いやすいスーパーもあり、トラムは目の前に泊まります。とにかく素晴らしいの一言でした。
