My husband and I were very happy with theBristol. Beautiful building, entry way and the room was gorgeous. The hotel is on the main street. Great location lots of shops, cafes. It is a bit noisy if you open the window. The AC works great. There are elevators. Super friendly staff everyone speaks English too. the room shower is small so you get water everywhere when you shower !!And can be slippery too. Not too far from the Genoa airport. I would stay here again.

I have stayed at many top hotels before however Bristol Palace Hotel was far one of my top three ever. First, their staff are patient and positive. We had a seamless check-in after an 8 hour flight plus 3 hour train ride there. Secondly, the rooms are delightful, elegant and charming with all you need. Last but not least, the location is unbeatable. Bonus, the breakfast buffet is delicious and truly an Italian fairytale! I highly recommend and will come back. Thank you so much Hotel Bristol Palace! Sincerely, two grateful Americans.

Property is located in a walkable area to easily access restaurants and stores. Front desk staff is great! very helpful and knowledgeable …gave us great restaurant recommendations and places of interest. The bar staff and service is my only disappointment at this property as the service if any is slow, bar tender barely acknowledged us when entering and we sat for 20 min before he brought over the menu to disappear never to be seen. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy a drink before dinner.
