The early morning staff (gentleman) was a bit short and not nice. I am guessing because we arrived at 4:30 am due to flight delays. After standing outside ringing a door bell for maybe 20 minutes. He asked "why didn't you use the bell" I guess that question was because I knocked on a back door or window and it woke him up. The elevator can only hold two people and two small suitcase. I could image during the day, it won't be available. Luckly it is only 6 floors. This place will not work for disabled or handicap people at all. The room was clean but both beds had stained on dust cover or comforter. The window was left open (without a screen) and there were a collection of flying bugs (moths and mosquitoes) The shower was a closet 38 inch (96cm) cube. I am 6'2 (187cm) and 260 (118km). So I could not bent over or raise my arms in the shower closet. The water came out of the shower head has a very light mist. The best part was it is a short walk to the cruise ship docks and the normal front desk receptionist (women) was lovely and nice.
