I enjoyed the hospitality and the services provided by the hotel. My room was upgraded and I had complimentary breakfast throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food . Thanks especially to Encik Amir {GM) Evelyn and Zabidi .I fully recommend this hotel and will stay here on my next visit. Best Wishes to all the staff of Cititel Penang.

I have stayed here several times on this trip. Love the views from a high floor of hotel especially the views of the sea with both gorgeous skies at sunrise & sunset.
