Reached the hotel around noon and the staff kindly allowed us for an early check in. Convenient location and hospitable staff. Spacious room too and can easily accommodate an extra bed for a 3rd adult. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay at G Hotel Gurney. Reception staff were very friendly, rooms were spotless and bed was luxurious. There were many little touches that were very well thought through. Rooms were tidied twice a day. We loved the convenience of being close to malls and eateries.

Nice and clean hotel at good location. Customer service was friendly and good. However, aircon in the room is a bit too cold despite tuning down the fan speed and temperature. Breakfast buffet wasn't great in term of the variety of food and taste. Would consider G Hotel again in my next visit.

Had a very pleasant stay, with powerful showers and a lillow menu. We opted for the sea facing view, but mainly saw construction. The Delux rooms while largish at 380sf are still a bit basic.

Good location!
Stayed in Executive room, free cocktail and snacks from 6-8pm daily and free breakfast, though the hotel could have varied the food on different days instead of serving the same food, quality of breakfast food can be improved. Location is perfect, right in btw 2 shopping malls - Gurney Plaza and Paragon. Both malls offers lots of dining options, supermarket and mid to high end shopping. Unfortunately Penang is undergoing a lot of reclamation works and the front seaview is marred by construction sites.

Excellent excellent excellent! Really convenient location next to the malls. Rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable; and all the staff were professional yet welcoming and hospitable! Will be my go-to hotel in Penang for future trips.
