Nice clean room

Clean, quiet room with friendly staff. The hotel has water dispensers in the hallway to reduce plastic waste. Centrally located in George Town.

Good location

Good location to get about in George town. Plenty of lical street food within walking distance. Water dispenser along the corridor if each level. Good view of the city skyline at the swimming pool level. ( top floor).Room is compact. Reasonably priced for size of room. Will stay there again.

Everything is good, location wise is very convenient,many places is walkable, also got hotel own parking which is very convenient too .... The room consider big and comfort but the room is quite dark / yellowish,I think add two more lights will be better 😅

The lobby looked a little dirty. We dropped our bags off before check in time, and when we came back during check in time to collect our bags, there was only 1 staff available doing check in, so we had to find another staff before collecting our bags.

Room dark with only a small spot light. No light on top of long mirror. No hand shower in bathroom. Water flows out and wet the whole bathroom including the WC and sink area after showering. A single small bed lamp in between 2 singles beds and it was not bright enough. No face towels provided during the whole 6 nights.

Pleasant and relaxing stay

Location is great, walkable to most attractions in Georgetown. Check-in/out was fast and cordial. Room was clean, neat and bright with natural light, nice night view of city too. Housekeeping was attentive too. I forgot to remove the 'Do not disturb' sign when I stepped out, a card was slipped under the door to inform me to give them a call if I require any service before certain time. Probably due to the age of the hotel, the room looks kind of "tired". Overall experience is pleasant, relaxing and meets my expectation.
