All the staff were friendly and always putting up a smile. The security always assisted in opening the doors, even car doors! They have upgraded my stay and I was glad as it was a birthday trip for me. The room was clean and spotless, love everything about it. When I had grabfood delivered, receptionist even called to inform. Had a wonderful and great stay, most definitely will come again. P.S: I had left my neck pillow in the room, but i was already in the airport when i realised it. When i contacted the hotel via Expedia, their response was fast, and managed to arrange for it to be delivered it back home. Another thumbs up!

Outstanding service, location and pool. No buildings blocking the pool so you get sunshine and a beautiful view. Luxurious room: carpet, separate tap for drinking water, mini fridge with drinks included and replenished daily. I highly recommended this hotel. Not 5 star, great location

While our stay was comfortable, this hotel is not a 5 star hotel. The staff seem friendly but don’t really speak English so communication is difficult. While everything is clean, the finishes are worn and need a renovation. That being said the location is excellent for George Town

The room is clean, The staffs are very friendly and helpful. room aircon is centralized. We cannot set the temperature and it is very cold in the night when sleeping as the blanket is quite thin. We need to wear extra clothing to sleep.
