The balcony view was nice and private. The AC worked well. We thought our stay was great value for money. The staff were pleasant, and it's only a 10 minute walk into the town center. Will definitely stay there again.

Love a well run local owned property. Sure there are always unique characteristics and querks but that’s the fun of travel and adventure. You can’t beat a mountain stream flowing right off your balcony in the Rocky Mountains. Very short drive into Idaho Springs downtown bars and shops. Easy on snd off the interstate.

Great location in Idaho springs. Quiet and easily walkable into town center. Also very close to Indian Hot Springs. Love the view and sound of the river right behind the property! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Perfect spot!!
