The rooms needs an upgrade, there is no elevator, very noisy at nights, it’s unsafe to walk outside of the property and there was NO hot water in 2 rooms that were booked. Air conditioner worked great, seating area outside with a bar was convenient, complimentary breakfast and staff was awesome. Security on premises made us safe.

The best part of my stay was warmth, kind and accommodating staff. The surrounding area of the hotel is a a deplorable condition. Lots of garbage and shabby buildings

This is a basically nice hotel which could be so much better with faster service, better trained staff, and a swimming pool. The location is not super-convenient but this does mean it's quieter, and taxis come reasonably promptly.
