Worse experience i have ever had !! I spent $250 + on a nice king spa suite for me and my girlfriend to have a lil get away and enjoy a night away then spent another $130 dollars on a meal for the 2 of us and gambled an additional 400 dollars all in a matter of 5 hrs or so at your establishment when my girlfriend decided to go use your smoke room to have a cigarette she came out of the room found me said she needed to go to the bathroom and would be right back 5 mins later your employee is saying she was smoking in the bathroon cause the alarm went off and she is getting trespassed and has tti leave the property !! Based on what evidence because some alarm went off ?? No smoke no ashes no reason other than some alarm ?? Told him to check the tapes and see where she came from before the bathroom ? Why would she go straight in there and light up again ?? But his alarm is all the proof he needed so we didnt get to enjoy the facility we paid for wasnt given a refund for the room not to mention the other 530 dollars wasted !! Will never be back and will tell everyone to go else were !! Your procedures dont welcome guests even when they spend money lots of it there ill go to Ameristar next time and spend my money !!

Very comfortable and clean environment. The staff, dealers, and pit bosses were amazing! It could use another restaurant or two as the food could have been better in the 247. The other amenities were great. Will definitely be back.

Got into our room after waiting 2 hrs for it to get ready. The room was hot at 74 degrees and turned the thermostat to 65 and it took 16 hrs just to get to 70 and that was at checkout. The shower door seemed to shift slightly on the next day and then was hitting the stationary glass. Nice room, size was good.

This was the first casino I have ever been too! The room was lovely and everyone was quite friendly! My only complaint would be that the cocktail waitresses were not as attentive as they could be, however, I understand it is a very busy place so that can be difficult to do. Overall would definitely visit again!

Check in is at 4 they did not have any rooms ready at 4. Customer service said they would give us a call when the room was available. At 440 there was still not a room available. When asked how long they said it could be 20 mins or 40 mins really they were not sure. 6 o’clock rolled around we went back to the counter after still not receiving a call. Their were no rooms available still so the young man at the counter went back to speak with his manager. They put us in a different room than what we had originally booked.

Fabulous stay in the mountains
Fantastic hotel! This hotel checks off all the boxes. It is clean , it has a great rooftop pool that serves food and great drinks. The staff is friendly, the rooms are huge, clean with great amenities. They have a large selection of restaurant options. I felt the pricing for the buffet much too expensive. The steakhouse is fabulous, with a great food selection.

I love visitng The Monarch and have been several times now. My most recent visit was *not* up to the same standard I'd become accustomed to with the resort but everyone is allowed a one-off. The tub in the spa suite didn't feel like it had been properly cleaned, one of the TVs' Chromecast didn't work, there appeared to be a *ahem* personal-fluid stain on the wall under the artwork, and I felt *RUSHED* out of my room (housekeeping repeatedly knocking/ringing doorbell at 10am) when I had a noon checkout.
