check in time was 4pm. after driving 4 hours to the hotel. we got to the front desk at 4:15pm and my room isn't ready. finally at around 5:30pm I get a call that it is ready. I have NEVER seen this in ANY hotel, let alone a high priced modern hotel. The casino was what I call a clusterfuck full of people. you literally had to wait in line to play a game, the Buffet was a joke. $120 for 2. the lobster wasn't cleaned and over cooked to where it shrank inside the shell. everything was tough and overcooked... I will definitely be making my future plans elsewhere.

We discovered after we slept the first night that out bedding was soiled and stained. We contacted management the moment that we found out and was told that it would be changed immediately. We went about our day and returned to the room that evening and nothing had been done. Another phone call to the management and house keeping did come to change it. We had the resort fee waived but only for one day. No other compensation. Check your sheets before sleeping and the comforter too! Totally gross for a high end resort.

We have stayed here quite a few times but this was the first time that our room was not ready. After almost an hour of waiting, I went up to the check-in desk and was given a room. Our room was nice and clean. The reading light on the headboard stayed on all night, we could not fix it and the toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall. I sometimes think that when a person uses Expedia to book a room, you don't get the best room.
