Room did not have washcloths, soap along other products advertised. Bathroom was not clean and sanitary. Took a long time to have those rectified. The rooms have a rundown look and everything is falling apart. Staff was friendly and willing to assist

At 2am I went to take a shower and there is no water running. I was so sweaty brushing my teeth no water to wash my mouth. The hotle need to improve on this issue. Beside that everything was good .

The staff is slow and do not accommodate the guest. The hotel water always shuts off when I am in the middle of taking a shower. The sink water spritz out brown water and wets up your clothes. The bathrooms outside of the rooms do not have paper towel or soap to wash your hands. I would definitely not recommend Ramada Princess Hotel.
