Firstly the building is clean and well kept I did book for a double room I collected my keys and later went to my room, it was not a double occupancy room as was booked for. The toilet and shower is in the same room. When I shower water accumulates on the takes a long time to drain I cannot go to use the toilet if I wanted to

My room was gorgeous, clean, very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I only ate bfast and there was a variety of food to choose from, one minder detail the staff have to make sure the water dispensers it full and be avaliable that customers can ask a question when have bfast. My overall experience at Royal International was enjoyable. They will see me again and I hope they keep up the hotel standards.
