The hotel has a few strong points: the rooms are clean and spacious, and the central location is very convenient. However, several issues made the stay less enjoyable. There was a persistent sewage smell outside and an unpleasant odor in the kitchen/dining area. Room keys had to be reset daily, which was frustrating. Communication was difficult as most staff spoke little to no English. Additionally, the hotel only offers 220V outlets, which can be problematic for some travelers. Overall, while the room quality and location are positives, the other shortcomings need improvement.

The hotel was amazing. Very clean and everything worked well. Dinner at the hotel chinese restaurant was a disappointment though. The food was very bland but evwrything else was great.

The best hotel in the town, staff very cooperate, just build few months ago so all rooms are new, they have Restaurant which is full of chinese menu. Highly recommend.

Good location near restaurants and shopping. The hotel is new and done nicely. Supervisory staff don't speak English so getting issues resolved is a problem and let level staff require better training. Overall a good option in a market that doesn't have many choices due to lower rates.

The television was not working as there was no cable, satellite or other subscription service. To use the television in the room you have to stream from your phone or computer and use the Tv as a display. The telephone in the room was not working either. The property and room were very clean. Excellent decor throughout the hotel. The free breakfast was excellent with a full verity of offerings including fruit, vegetables, meats, pastries, hot and cold beverages to mention a few. The dinner menu was rather expansive with pages of offerings to choose from and the food was tasty.

Hotel was amazing. New property. I hope they maintain it. Staff was attentive to every need. Breakfast catered a bit to local Guyanese cuisine. Could have used more variety Guyanese fruits tho. They only had pine and watermelon every single morning. Bed was totally comfortable. Ac was top notch. You feel like you're in china or Thailand when yourein this hotel. One thing is troubling there is a bad scent in the hotel hallways I believe perhaps the sewer. This needsto be fixed

The property and the service is very adequate, attractive and it brings light to the business. This hotel is also very organized. It was a great pleasure being there throughout the stay. Food was very good and you had many choices to choose from. Guyanese dishes as well as Chinese dishes. Only breakfast is all inclusive and when you’re finished with breakfast with last you throughout the day. The few concerns and complaints I have is that the majority of the staff doesn’t speak English and it’s difficult to have a conversation with them . Also, the night before existing, my cousin missed her diamond earrings that she had in her bag. Of course the conversation was very difficult to understand to them. Upon exiting on the next day, I went to the desk for questioning about her valuables. I was told the manager/supervisor was not available. That gave me a bad taste in my mouth because there was no resolution as to how she would be compensated. However, besides the mishap, everything went well. P.S. please use the safe upon arrival if this hotel is your choice. Thanks in advance.
