I couldn’t stay at the hotel. I had a reservation from the 21st to the 28th, fully paid. Due to personal issues, I had to return to my country on the 22nd. I spoke with the hotel staff to request a refund for the days I had to leave early. Their response was that I needed to contact Expedia. I have called and sent emails, but I have not had any success.

I am so glad I found this beautiful gem. Money well spent but the staff made it even more exceptional. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and were prompt upon request. I can’t imagine how great it will be when it’s completely finished with construction and I will definitely stay here every time I go to Guyana! 10/10

Very nice rooms with extremely friendly staff, only reason for my rating is that the hotel is still under construction and working out some kinks in their systems. This hotel is going to be great once it’s fully up and running.

I would like to Say that i had a horrible experience with this hotel because i arrived at Georgetown with My 10 yr old daughter at 3 am and notified them of My arrival so that they would accomodate My chek in to which they responded positively. But uppon arrival the adress they provided LEad to a construcción site calles Indian suits on the opposite end of the road.the night guard workin at that hour helped us and redirected us to the other end of road where we never found the hotel.when i called the number they provided in tye confirmation receipt it was a wrong number. SO i was at 4 am in Georgetown with My daughter and an unknown taxi driver circlying around to find the hotel never to be found.i had to chek in to another guest house at an additional cost.and also they are unwilling to refund despiste that their responsibility due to information thatbwas not precise nor correct.hence i do not recommend this installation.
