We stayed one night but it was a lovely chalet and would make a good base for walking etc The reception had a good choice for breakfast and a selection of pre made evening meals to purchase.

Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better.

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to restaurants and stores. Parking is plentiful. The view from your hotel room is beautiful. The buildings are well maintained. You do need to bring supplies and you do need to clean the unit before you leave. The utility company was doing work on the water supply to the street which we were advised of but had no idea how long the water would be off for. It turned out it was only off for a short time so no real impact. A good experience overall.

Great hotel in a really convenient location right in the centre of Toulouse. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries (although no shower cap but fortunately I had one with me that I had acquired at another hotel!), air conditioning and bottled water replenished every day. The bed was big and comfy. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower cubicle. There was plenty of choice at breakfast with cereals, yogurts, fruit, cold meats and cheeses, bread pastries, tea, coffee and fruit juices including freshly squeezed orange juice. Enjoyed our stay at The Grand Balcon and would happily recommend.
