A great central to everything location. A short walk to train station and over to Darling Harbour. We went to the theatre and yet again just a short walk. The property was well presented. The breakfast well worth it. Really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the communication with our booking we requested two beds in one of our two rooms booked. They had missed my emails and only prepared a queen size and had to quickly organise a trundle bed shoved in the room. This wasn’t ideal but we just dealt with it. This wouldn’t stop me from staying there again though as the in house customer service was good.

Nice staff. Rooms look great and are clean. The room was very cold at night despite the heating. A bit overpriced in my opinion.

Our family had a lovely stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Chinatown is just downstairs and heaps of food choices all day. The property manager was very friendly, informative, and made the check-in process smooth. We also appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in (for an additional fee), which was very helpful after our trip. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom exhaust fan, as it didn’t clear the steam well after showers, causing the bathroom to become quite foggy. Aside from that, everything else met our expectations, and we enjoyed our stay. We’d happily recommend this property to others.

I hate to say this as the location is 10/10 and the staff are so lovely. Unfortunately the room I stayed in was quite dirty…I arrived after hours and was only there to sleep so did not ask to be moved therefore they didn’t have a chance to rectify the issue which I take responsibility for. However I’m not sure if any other rooms would’ve been much better as the main issue was the carpet which needs to be replaced. Just filthy and stained and the whole room smelled like dirty/damp carpet. Hallway carpet - not any better. Bring sandals or slippers. There was also quite a bit of dust in the room/around the headboard and just generally a clear lack of attention to detail in regards to cleanliness. I understand this isn’t luxury accommodation but for almost $200 a night you’d expect better in terms of hygiene and presentation. The bed was comfortable, shared areas were fine and it was quite handy to have a little kitchenette available. There is minimal soundproofing which wasn’t an issue for me personally but if you’re a light sleeper you may need earplugs or white noise. I could see myself having loved this place in my younger backpacking days but unfortunately I feel a bit let down - I wish I had spent a tiny bit more for a nicer place.
