Helpful staff, very clean room, large bed with wonderful linen. The beer was excellent in the bar and not expensive.

The staff struggled with English, but we managed. Everyone was friendly and patient. Otherwise, very good value, nice facilities and an authentic German hotel. Also, very close to several attractions and public transport connections.
