Employees were very open, friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. Had an issue with ants in the room. Eric, the manager, addressed the issue promptly and apologetically. He was very appreciative in being informed about the issue. He was a delight to talk to and even joke around with. Great customer interaction and service. The food menu had a great variety, freshness and cleanliness in the room. The hotel has ample parking, close to shopping, restaurants, attractions and has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely recommend coming here again. We want to send out a special thanks to Eric for going above and beyond for ALL his customers needs and requests. It was great talking with you!!! Fantastic hotel! Will be staying here again. The first room I was in had ants (it’s that time of year! I wasn’t upset. Ants > bed bugs) so I was upgraded for free to a bigger room. The ONLY complaint I had - and it’s stretching - is the TV was a little small. Otherwise, it’s got a huge parking lot by an outlet mall and a TGI Fridays, and across the street from a gas station. I felt completely safe there the whole time and loved every second of it. There were plenty of options for dogs to go. The rooms were quiet and we only had an issue one night with kids running around, otherwise it was silent and gave my reactive dog some peace to sleep in.

The first room we had was very dirty. The manager moved us without a problem but that next room was not much better if it wasn’t so late we would have looked for another hotel.

Cleanest room we had on our trip 2 and from Florida. Great for a one night stay. Breakfast was good. Walkable to TGIF’s for dinner. Right by outlet mall if it had been open during our short stay. Would stay again

Disappointed in the Lack of Upkeep

The hotel has declined in quality over the last four years that I've been staying there on my way back north from snowbirding. The furniture is dated, heating/air system is very loud and the bedding had pulls in the fabric. The room was fairly clean, except for the shower which had long dark hairs on the walls. The price has increased about 30%, which may be due to recent inflation, but improvements are sorely needed. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't served until 7 AM, as I like to be on the road by 6:30. The only positive review I can give is the desk staff, both evening and morning, were very friendly and helpful. I like the proximity to shops and a restaurant, but I'll have to find another place to stay.

Nice stay but details lacking

Clean and neat hotel with friendly desk employees. However paying attention to details was not great. TV remote needed batteries, phone was dead, light bulbs in bathroom were out and there was confusion over the thermostat since one was on the wall and one was on the heat pump unit. Overall a nice stay and good staff but paying attention to the little things left something to be desired.
