Nice but a little over stated

The staff was very nice and the room was clean. I also loved the decor. What we did not like was the fact that the handicap room only had one grab bar to get into the tub comfortably, as well as standing in the tub. Also, the accommodations were to include a 54 inch TV. The TV in the room was closer to a 45 inch, if not smaller.

Very frustrating and not the same

Had to move rooms because when we check in they gave us someone else’s room that was already occupied also that room was a queen and we requested a king then we moved got settled as we checked in later went to go to bed moved the pillows and found bugs crawling on the bed went downstairs at midnight had to move rooms again and then called the hotel to get a refund as we had to pack everything up and had two major issues and they would not comp us! It was a shame and the one elevator wasn’t working either I have stayed here many times before and it was never that bad but Wyndham let me down this time and I won’t return.

They stay was generally pleasant. Maintenance was attempting to repair the counter in the bathroom with a giant clamp that prevented the bathroom door from closing. The mini fridge was a freezer as it froze all of our bottled water solid. On a positive the rooms were exceptionally quiet and overall everything was very clean.
