Staff is helpful, room is good and clean. I know we are in Botswana and I don’t expect air conditioner for rooms because electric power is from solar panel. I hope hotel can keep in mind one very important thing: don’t supply spaghetti made of yuca, for many people including us, this yuca will cause severe food allergy, which lasted for two days.

Amazing hospitality. The staff went their way to make our two day honeymoon memorable. The welcome was fit for royalty, the accomodation simply defined luxury, the food very good. There was an array of excellent activites, topped by game drives, canoe excursion. Would love to return

Ich habe pro Nacht 1100 € bezahlt und mich sehr gefreut. Schon bei der Ankunft die erste große Enttäuschung bevor ich das Zelt betreten habe. Von der Terrasse aus sah man nur Kühe. Selbst nachts hörte man die Kuhglocken und die Laute der Kuh. Man benötigt eine Bootsfahrt von 30 Minuten, die auch vor 6:15 Uhr nicht startet, um zum Game Drive zu kommen. Bis dahin nur Kühr und Pferde. Gut im Wasser befanden sich dann auch Hippos. Aber eine Lage mit Blick auf eine Kuhwiese für 1100 € die Nacht hätte schon für 1 Stern gereicht. Aber es sollte noch viel schlimmer kommen. Als wir das Zelt betraten, kein Mückenschutz (sollen die Spinnen erledigen, laut Besitzerin), etliche Lücken. Auch der Umzug ins Chalet war nicht besser. der Mückenschutz vorm Fenster voller Löcher. Wir reden hier von ein Überschwemmungsgebiet, wo Malaria und Mücken stark verbreitet sind. Provisorisch hat man uns dann zur zweiten Nacht einen Mückenschutz über das Bett gemacht, wie man es aus der Jugendherberge kennt. Der Swimmingpool, wie die ganze Anlage total verschmutz. Echsen lagen dort tagelang Tod drin rum. Ach ja es gab da noch eine kleine Ziege, der man zuschauen konnte, wie diese auf die Stühle pinkelte. Unser erstes Gamedrive startete auch mit ein Defekt am Boot, so dass wir erst um 8:30 Uhr starten konnten, wo die Tiere wegen der Hitze inaktiv werden. Sicherlich wird es nie gewartet. Man muss nach dem Abendessen damit rechnen, dass man um 19:30 Uhr gefragt wird, ob man nicht ins Bett gehen möcht

A fabulous place with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guide was the most knowledgeable man who knew the name of every bird and animal we saw. He could spot the smallest bird at the top of a tree whilst driving. He found us our first Leopard - amazing. My husband managed to lose his phone and the guide was able to track that in the bush as well!!! It was a long day with two drives and we were there for 5 nights which was maybe one too many. We have been on many safaris but this was by far the best and we will definitely be returning in the future. We travelled back to the airport in a helicopter which was a brilliant end to a fantastic experience. Highly recommended

Lovely place, great wildlife, good staff. Very hot (late November), and 2 days (3 nights) was a perfect length.
