Staff were really helpful in solving an issue outside of management’s control (construction drilling noise in nearby building), and moved us without delay. Fantastic property, very clean, exceptional balcony, large room, and a well-sized communal pool. Would recommend!

We had an excellent visit. The staff are fantastic. Also, the property is grand and elegant although you can tell it is an older property, which is why we were so happy to have a room that been recently renovated and was is in pristine condition. The Corinthia Palace is a beautiful, classy hotel and we highly recommend it.

Loved this spacious hotel and the pool. The staff were all wonderful. Really liked the classic feeling and decor of the Grand Excelsior, there are lots of beautiful pieces of furniture and interesting decorative objects. Can’t wait to go back

We have visited this property before and enjoyed our stay but the rooms were getting a little tiered, it was great to stay in a newly refurbished room this time. They have been refurbished to a very high standard and the air conditioning was A*
