Great stay for the price. Right at city centre. Super convenient. Breakfast is basic so don't expect too much. Nice coffee machine at lobby to get drinks. No amenities such as shower cap etc.

Excellent central location yet quiet room. Staff were very helpful and friendly, comfy beds, great hot drinks available 24/7 in the communal lobby area and just generally a nice feeling sort of place that was perfect for our short family city break.

I liked that the hotel is close to everything in the center. I didnt like that the room does not have enough counter space to put your stuff on. Even the bathroom didnt have enough space for personal things. A tea kettle would also have been a nice addition.

Pretty decent hotel for those on a budget
Firstly and I guess to a number of people, this hotel is brilliant value for money. The room and the hotel in general were kept really clean and today and the staff of reception were very welcoming when we arrived. Indeed they were also helpful with advice on which trams to use, where to eat out and the like. The hotel really is in a good location with nothing much too far away if you were willing to walk or catch a tram. The breakfast that was supplied was pretty decent with a large selection of different items and the eating areas was kept clean and tidy. On the downside the room that we stayed in was on the small side and the bad was firmer/harder than usual. All in all a pretty good hotel for a short break and if I found myself in Ghent again I would go back with no hesitation.

Our check in was seamless, the staff gave us all the info we needed including a map where she indicated what attractions were where and which we could go into. The room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and stocked well. Parking - we found a lot about 300m away so parked there and walked to the hotel from it, was pretty straightforward and easy. Highly recommend this hotel.
