I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options and was a great way to start the day. I also enjoyed spending time at the outdoor pool, which was clean and provided a nice place to unwind. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good maid service

Bird dropping on steps and door entry way. The pull out bed was broken. Telephone call placed on hold for more than twenty minutes by front desk staff. After twenty minutes the call would disconnect or staff will ask to call back "we are helping customers."

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

Room key fab went dead and we waited for maintenance for over an hour in a hot sweaty hallway after asking the front desk twice to send someone up before I got a confirmation. My 3rd and last time staying here, my previous 2 experiences were worse so I should’ve learned the last two times but I thought they deserved a third shot. Completed failure, here’s to hoping this place meets the fate of the Mirage and other old relics that are outdated and need to be put of its misery. Never Again!!!
