The property had an issue and moved us to a different hotel, barely a 3 star when I was expecting a 4 star.

There is nobody at the hotel after 10pm to help resolve problems. We went out to dinner, and, when we returned, our key cards did not work, so we could not get in our room. It took a stressful two hours for someone from security to drive to the hotel to let us in. We had to make twenty phone calls at international rates, which took ages to get through and then no one spoke English, and they kept putting the phone down on us. Extremely stressful, avoid like the plague!

Room was okay, and breakfast was very good. A really nice terrace for breakfast. Our bed was rather firm, and the design of the shower in bathtub made it very difficult to shower without water getting all over the floor. The elevators were small and required one elevator to get to the lobby on the 4th floor, and a second elevator to get to the room on the 3rd floor. You had to then go up to the 4th floor and switch elevators to leave the hotel.

Beautiful, clean, functional room, with vintage decor, and modern top of the line bathroom. Super friendly staff! Highly recommend!

A very well maintained hotel. An excellent pool. Incredibly helpful staff even though we speak very limited Italian and an exceptional breakfast.
