I wanted to like this place but the elevator was not working for the 4 days we were there, for me this is an emergency situation but it was never a concern for them I guess. The trash was overflowing and as soon as I went to the room there were 2 roaches in the kitchen. Also, the toilet had disgusting stains. The staff was friendly at least but I would not recommend this place.

Elevators not working and was charged an extra fee for staying on the 1st floor. When I got to the room the toilet was leaking and water throughout bathroom floor. Went to call the FD and the phone did not work. Walked to the FD and was told there was no maintenance on staff until morning and that it cold not be fixed until then. I was given a towel to place on the floor to absorb the water until the maintenance could fix the issue the next day. When I checked out the manager apilogized for the issues and left it at that.

the elevator was not working for the whole time. I was there I had to bring up a heavy suitcase of four flight of stairs, multiple times. I asked for a hair dryer and they did not bring it I had to go up and down myself! The floor at the entranced not clean! Is not breakfast is only coffee and granola bars!! Very disappointed!! The staff wasnt friendly, and the elevator was broke the entire time we were there. This is an ongoing thing as I read the other reviews! The room was mostly clean, but could have been cleaner. We will never stay there again. They don’t care about reviews!!!

Disappointed for $156
Due to a lightning strike at our apartment complex, during tropical storm Debby, our building's fire alarm was set off. We decided to get a hotel room for the night. In the wind and rain, we checked in only to be told the room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn't working. When I explained to the front desk clerk, my mom is in her late 70's with a bad knee, not able to do stairs, she told me I would have to take it up with Hotels.com for a refund, there's nothing she could do. By the time we got my cat out of the car and into the room, we were soaking wet. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, the mirror was smeared, there was only one plastic covered cup, one bed had a mattress cover in place of a blanket. Just wasn't a good experience.

It is a nice hotel. It has some signs of wear/use. But relatively clean. However, the front desk help was outstanding. Extremely helpful, and excellent demeanor. 5 plus stars for them!

I was in the hotel less then 1 hr and had to change rooms 3 times. Booked a qween size bed. Went a 2 queen size bed tgat qas dirty. Then was transferred to a new room that has no Air conditioning. It was very humid and almost 90 degrees. Then was transformed to a new room ghat had AC, but could not control it. The place was dirty and the elevator was down almost the whole time That encludes getting stick in in it for almost 10 mins. Just about the worst hotel i have ever been in. Stuff was very nice though, but unhealth full
