Hotel is just 1 minute's walk from station exit. Reception was attentive. Bedroom was clean, but beds and pillows were too soft. Wash basin was tiny and resulted in water splashing on the floor. Otherwise, it's a reasonable value for money stop-over stay.

Great hotel.
This hotel was perfect. Clean, quiet, close to the station, comfortable bed, great service. Highly recommended. I stay in a lot of hotels in Japan and this is one of the best.

Quiet and tidy room
Although its located in front of the train station but the room is quiet, no worry for noise. Supermarket, sushi restaurant nearby, recommend to all travellers.

Well located hotel in Gifu-Hashima
Decent hotel given the destination. We'll located next to the Shinkansen station and a short walk from local restaurants. The staff as ever in Japan are extremely welcoming. There isn't much of a western style breakfast available and choice is quite limited. Overall good given what you would expect in an out of the way city.

ask for non-smoking room, and the front desk said that is, but it is not, it is better if you open the window, I know the different, even hallway and elevator had strong smoking smell, this hotel is a No, No.

ホテル側の都合で、グレードアップしたお部屋に変更になったのは良かったのですが、その部屋の排水の臭いが強くてあと、残念ながら髪の毛が残ってました。シャワーの水圧が弱い。朝食ビュッフェが金額の割に内容が良く無かったです。

朝食は、いろんな食材があってよかったです。また新幹線の駅にとても近いため、利用しやすくて2日間宿泊しました。 ただ部屋の中のバス・トイレがバリやフリーではなく、高い位置にあるため、いちいち足をあげなければならない点と、隣接の部屋の声などがはっきり聞こえるのがマイナス点でした。
