Communication was a little difficult due to the language barrier but the staff were helpful; we requested help with cutting a cantaloupe and they obliged. The surroundings and the room was great - it was spacious and had what we needed for a comfortable stay.

A short distance to train line from Kyoto & Nagoya etc. Not much around hotel for shopping and eating but Shusi Ann was excellent.

A dated hotel but room is spacious. Surrounding nothing much but car park is free and has ample.

A lovely open room for sleeping on floor mattresses, with table and pillows in the centre of the room. Very nice bathroom facilities. No chairs.

Stayed one night. A few minutes walk from the bullet train Shinkansen at Gifu-Hashima. Travelling as a couple with 10 month baby. They gave us three bed room. No travel cost so had our own solution. Ate in restaurant but limited English. Staff struggled but reception staff were much better. Using photos of the food and google translate worked. WiFi excellent. If you had a car there was what looked like loads of free parking. Lots of vending machines of course in hotel and area. Family mart (like 7-eleven), but having cone from central Osaka this place had a rural feel and was the highest building in the area.

手入れも行き届き快適なお部屋でゆっくりくつろげました。 ただ、到着時フロントの男性の対応がなんとなく高慢な感じの方がおひとりいて、こちらは笑顔で流しましたが、印象に残っています。 箱物はそれなりの年代を感じるものの、手入れも行き届き、室内も清潔感もあるので勿体ないと思います。 特別な対応は求めていませんが、泊まらせてやってる感を感じたので、お気づきでないなら改善を期待します。

今回は中学校の同級生６人で、和洋室とツインの２部屋利用させていただきました。和洋室は広くて夜遅くまで皆で楽しく歓談できました。 施設は古そうでしたが、綺麗に掃除されていて気持ち良かったです。 沢山ゴミを残してごめんなさい。

祝日のみの利用でしたが、多少の音は覚悟していましたが、団体客を感じることなく快適な空間でした。 おそらく、フロアーを別にシフトしていると理解しました。 価格面では、このホテルで充分です。 名古屋、岐阜県の観光にまた、利用したい。

施設は綺麗でしたが大浴場がないのが残念 大型旅行の受入をしているらしく個人で利用するには食事等、車を使わないとお店がなく不便でした。 スタッフの方は親切で良かったです。

和室に家族5人で宿泊しましたが、ベット2個と布団が３枚、部屋も広く満足です。 トイレと風呂が別なのも○ とにかくC国人が多いです(笑) 周りには15分程歩くと、焼き肉屋、居酒屋、ラーメン屋等があります。

レストランはホテルにあります。設備はリフォームしてるんですね。しかし、しっかりしたリフォームです。どうしても大陸の方がバスでいらっしゃいます。夜中に大きな物音が一回だけありました。向かいの駐車場は砂利で歩いて1分かな？雨が降らなければOK.私はリピートしたいけど、何かが変わらないようにお願いしたい。
