A great value, you get a clean room, nice and helpful staff, breakfast was great, and nice to have the public baths. A few restaurants within 5 min walk.

City not recommended for holiday

This stay was just a one night stay for a business trip. As this area is a small city, there were not many options for hotels, so practicality was the main purpose and this hotel was next to the Hashima Gifu Shinkansen station which we needed to use to get to Tokyo.

Great location, but beds were hard.

We loved the location. It was one stop on the Shinkansen from Nagoya, and the train going that way was always pretty empty. It was a great way for us to decompress after dealing with all the crowds and hustle and bustle. Gifu is a small station with a great little restaurant and convenience store. We liked the fact that it was small and not so crowded. We were there for the F1 race, and it worked out well. The hotel itself was just so-so, but it was clean and the staff was great.

団体(女子大生)客がいたこともあるが、朝食時少し騒音が気になった。ホテル側の問題ではないとは思うが工夫できればという気もする。後は特に気になるところはなかった。

部屋が清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。夕食や朝食も味がよく熱々で美味しかったです。車も立体駐車場に入れてもらい、雪の日でしたので雪落としもせず良かったです。

快適そのものでした。

部屋に１日中滞在する予定で、要望とともにドアに表示しておいたら、清掃の早い時間に新しいリネンをドアにかけてくれた。要望も速やかに対応してくれて、少しドアを開けたときに近くにいたスタッフがゴミ箱もドア横に出しておいてくださいと声をかけてくれて、非常に感じが良かった。また、部屋も周りの音が気にならない場所の部屋を当ててくれたようで、快適に過ごせた。
