This Route Inn is much like most of them. You know where everything is and there is comfort in that. The room was normal size for Japan. Clean and efficient. 1.2 km walk on level ground from the Seki Train Station. 24 hour Convenience Stores nearby. Microwave available for guest use on the 1st floor. Breakfast served from 06:30 to 09:00. Most guests arrive by car. There is a large parking lot. Breakfast was ok. Staff worked hard to keep items stocked. Individual air conditioning units in your room so no worry of cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation system.
Seki is a small town, so there's not much choice of accommodation. The room is pretty minimal, but there is a fridge and a hot water pot. The beds were pretty hard and the desk area small. But the staff was delightful and we enjoyed ourselves despite the slight discomfort.
There's a restaurant on the first floor where you can get meals. Pretty much everything is fried and they don't stint on the grease. The tonkatsu curry was tasty, though.
