Very dated. Not the room I thought I reserved. It was probably an amazing hotel in 1976 but it’s 49 years old and showing it’s age.

You get what you pay for, maybe..

I cant be too harsh because it was a cheap room, but it still didnt really meet expectations. The room itself was ok. The floor was pretty gross but the bed was clean and comfortable. The entire place looks like it was nice at one time but it is slowly falling apart with apparently not much money/effort to put back into it. Breakfast was not iffy. Not well staffed. A few good items but it ran out. Cereal but no milk. Waffle maker but no batter. No fruits or other pastry type items. It might be an ok place for a solo stay to sabe money. I would not stay with my family again.

There appeared to be more street numbs because of the price than anything. The front lobby was very nice and newly remodeled, but the gal at check in had more hardware on her face lips and nose than the ace hardware at my hometown.

This place needs help. Cheap for a reason. Very musty, smelled of chlorine because of pool. Bathrooms in need of major help sink was clogged, vent over shower fell into tub could've hurt someone if they were showering. My mom's room the tub was cracked and badly patched and rocked back and forth!

Do not stay here!

I was overcharged for my stay, the room was filthy, carpet was damp the whole room was damp, the ac didnt work properly and when i told the front desk they said they would have someone look into it. The smell in the room was moldy. There was no option of staying elsewhere and reaching out to someone from hotel.com was very difficult. I bought the insurance and i got no help. Very dissatisfied as i paid around 60.00 for thursday night stay and then for friday and Saturday it cost 160.00 per night. This hotel was horrid and not at all worth that price. I found out other folks staying there paid less than 300.00 for their 3 day stay. This place is not as pictured in the listing. I found out others rooms had serious plumbing issues like no handles on faucets, shower heads broken, no water at all. Our toilet struggled to take toilet paper. I would not recommend staying here. We were there for a big event and the beds were old and springs were coming thru the matress. Not a single night of decent sleep. I want my money back!

We were lucky to be there on a non busy Wednesday overnight mid summer in between many larger events so it was quiet. Some updating with the leaky tub faucet and an extremely smaller older toilet would help. The breakfast attendant remaining present long enough to catch attention to find out where milk and breakfast plates are found would be more helpful. A few updates for aesthetics overall would be helpful and maybe the carpet was still wet from shampooing or something but that felt weird to bare feet just after check-in. The AC fan high setting was noisy but eventually tolerable but barely blew cool enough air into the room. We drive through here often and if the low price is offered here again not during summer, we’d otherwise repeat a stay here. I only mention the above to be helpful as things were otherwise fine. The pool looked great and I almost sat at the piano but our time was a bit short.

No wash cloths, bath mat, and only 1 towel. Room not vacuumed, tub jets not working a broken, fridge worked kind of. Air conditioning unit very loud in the 2 different rooms i was put in. Didnt not work in one room. Lots of damages in rooms.

Room change

When we got there they had no rooms with 2 beds to fill fill My reservation. The woman quickly upgraded us to a family room with one bed and a sofa bed. We got up there and the sofa bed was covered in large urine stains. I went back down and she then put me and my son up in separate rooms. My room was missing the shower head and my AC was not working. I dealt with it through the night but when I got up it was 80 degrees in my room. I hung out in my son’s room while they cleaned a room for us to move into. The people helping me resolve the issues were friendly and quick to offer solutions. The hotel itself is old with the tubs and wallpaper in the bathroom peeling. Once we got settled in our final room things were better.
