BW Forest Park review

The breakfasts were very delicious, Care was always given to ensure good service. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet.

I rarely leave negative feedback for hotels I stay in, specially when they come with good reviews — but unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. The phone in the room wasn’t working, so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. The staff member I spoke to wasn’t able to provide any help or guidance on resolving the issue. The TV had streaming apps, but it wouldn’t connect to the internet. I called the front desk again, and someone was sent to my room, but they were unable to fix the issue. I also asked if they could address the phone problem, but no resolution there either. The most concerning issue was finding a baby spider crawling on my daughter’s pillow. That was unsettling, as it could have led to a more serious health concern. This made me question the overall cleanliness and condition of the room — and possibly the hotel as a whole. It’s unfortunate, as I had higher expectations based on the reviews.

Have stayed here several times over the years. Nicely maintained property..the only suggestion i would make is to have the pool temperature a little warmer. It was freezing so i didnt swim. Hot tub felt good
