Some of the negatives were that in our room the drawers where the TV is kept opening by themselves and when we first walked in I didn’t realize it was open and rammed into the corner really hard which left me with a huge bruise. The second was that when we got there and were walking in and out to get some stuff some how my 2 yr old ran and closed the door and when we tried opening the latch was activated and she was trapped until the receptionist brought a tool to get it to slide closed. Those were scary and inconvenient but I think we were disappointed that we chose this hotel because it had breakfast included and on the second day of our stay we saw a sign that said it was $18 something per person. That’s a huge bummer because we were not notified otherwise we would’ve chosen a different hotel or we would’ve gone to get better breakfast elsewhere for that price.

They couldn’t make me a key that worked. After 40 minutes of trying to check in, I asked if they could make two cards at once so I wouldn’t have to keep going up and down trying each door. Then they threatened to cancel my reservation if I complained. My wife and kids had been waiting in the car and it was late so I just had to wait for them to finally find a key that worked .

Within the last month I’ve stayed here twice . Both times I used the hotels app. The first visit I got what seem to be an extremely small room with a shower head that was lower than my shoulder height. The refrigerator wasn’t working I let front desk know I’d be there for 2 days & nights they said they would have it taken care of . They lied.
