Great location. Near the big shopping centers and subway and beach. The host can speak limited English but they use translators. The apartment only has 4 beds. So be careful about the 8-10 people. The extra 2 people need to be on the couch not couch sofa.

Karaoke Room in the basement was a plus. Its convienent and near all essentials including a Daiso store nearby .
