The property is in a prime location in an awesome town. If they renovated the hotel hallways and rooms, it would be amazing and I would be willing to pay more to stay there.

My favorite thing about this place was our room. I slept really well for my 3 nights. It was inconvenient that most floor door knobs and surfaces were giving off electrical shocks. Is there any particular reason why the rooms don’t have spoons even for tea and coffee?

Seagulls Restaurant serves up good food. The Irish Lamb Stew special was excellent. The indoor pool was warm and bright with a nice hot tub. It could use some fake palm trees and other plants to create a more warm atmosphere.

This place was great. We booked for a childs birthday wrekend for swimming and loved the pool and hot tub! Room was nice and clean. We will book again.

Lakeview is starting to show it's age. There were many basic maintenance issues that were evident in our room. The tile on the bathroom floor was cracked and loose, wallpaper peeling, and the light worked only intermittently. The deadbolt on our door did not work and the beds are a bit sacked out.

Winter Weekend getaway

We booked the Lakeview for a weekend getaway. Hotel was good, great location. Our room had a small fridge, but no microwave, which would have been nice. Hotel is getting old and worn, but overall is well kept.
