Absolutely wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable staff from the desk to the restaurant staff to the bar staff. Everyone was helpful and brig by and friendly. Room was grand and comfortable.

Great location, nice room, nice bar, easy check-in. Helpful front desk (they booked us a taxi for our departure). Safe area, restaurants, coffee shops all over nearby. This isn't really a 5-star property, but it is precisely what we wanted for a 2 night stay before hopping on a cruise.

Bed super comfy. Only reason cleanliness wasn’t an excellent is bedside table hadn’t been wiped down and had sticky drink stuff on it from previous guests. Just an oversight as everything else was perfect. Really liked the hotel.

This was a great in-city hotel. The rooms (we had 2) were charming with high ceilings, moldings, decorative fireplace, etc. The staff were all super nice and helpful.
