The property is conveniently located close to Central station, which was a big plus for us. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The Indian restaurant next door was very good and the person in charge (owner or manager) was quite delightful. However, the condition of the room was unspeakably bad. The carpet was missing chunks. The bathroom had mold not only throughout the tub area but even around the sink. Riding the elevator felt like a dare. It creaks like something is going to snap. At one point four passengers got in and it refused to move. A light indicator flashed, showing that we exceeded the threshold for weight, which was over 600kg. I think we were about half that. Two got out and the elevator was happy again. I would definitely not stay there again. I would pony up the extra bucks and choose a better hotel. If I owned that hotel I would never let it degrade to its current state.

Plain and simple low cost hotel conveniently located in central Glasgow. Small room, Basic amenities. Noisy at times. Reception staff very friendly. No real complaints, it’s a budget hotel, got what I expected. 🙂

Wouldnt stay again
Staff were very friendly, i booked a single room, however the room i was given was a single room with a double bed in it which took up most of the room, if i opened the window it was across the bed. I was looking forward to a nice hot shower but the shower base was absolutely disgusting. Bed was comfy, tv worked, windows very hard to open and close.

Stayed at this hotel twice. It's slightly shabby but clean and functional. Good budget option, in ideal situation close to everything. Few minutes walk from central station, shops, bars and restaurants.

The property was easy enough to find wirh google maps. I know there was a sign outside but it was quite missable. The staff were ever so lovely and helpful. The lift just felt unsafe which you had to use to get to your room. The speaker didnt work properly and a lot of static cracking sound came from it which hurt my hearing aids. The lift door flapped at the bottom. The room was big enough, clean, and comfortable. It wasnt our favourite places to stay but for 1 night it was fine.
