Handy hotel

Room was clean, breakfast was great. Staff are friendly and it’s handy to the bus station. The TV and lights are controlled using an iPad. The TV never worked the whole time I was there using the iPad but I found the remote in the drawer so I did manage to watch a few tv shows. The iPad also doesn’t allow you to turn off individual lights.

We stayed for one night and the Hotel was fine for what it is. The public areas (reception, sitting areas, canteen etc..) we're really nice & stylish. Staff we are encountered were all good too. The rooms are fine but nothing too fancy. Bed being in the back corner is a bit awkward having to climb over each other but it's done to maximise the space I suppose. The bed is really comfy & the blackout blinds were good. Shower was good but the bathroom set up might not be for everyone - not a lot of privacy with it being in the corner of the room and just being frosted glass. All in all it was a good stay

An odd experience

Strange room with double bed by the window. Barhroom is see-through and the sink is in the room (not bathroom). Clean and fresh Bed was firm but pillows soft and lovely.

Modern, minimalistic. Location was fabulous for visiting Glasgow Wonderful breakfast options at a reasonable price. Casual lounging areas are inviting & esthetically pleasing. Friendly staff. Only downfall was the temperature in our room; it was too warm despite having the setting on the coolest option. Management didn’t help. But did bring us a fan. Couldn't offer another room due to full occupancy. Everything in room is managed by a tablet which is limiting.

Lifts were not working properly - one was out of order and the other kept missing my floor! room was ok - but could link apps to watch on the TV so could only watch live tv and couldnt access TV guide so had to flick through all channels

Small room. No tea/coffee facilities in room . Bathroom facilities shared with living area, with dividing curtain. Only one lift working to service all rooms. Expensive. Lots of technology in room to control light, mood curtains, which was awkward and lost on us. Self checkin also which we didn’t like. Won’t use this accommodations again as better value and facilities from others

Excellent hotel - well designed

Fantastic stay - wasn’t sure about the concept before I arrived but the iPad to control the room worked well, the bed was super comfy and for a solo traveller, plenty of room. Absolutely lovely breakfast and staff were solicitous and kind. Would return.

Always a good stay. Clean comfortable. Everything you need. And walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Only thing this trip. Lift broke which meant stairs. But was swiftly fixed.
