The Clayton is a go to hotel i visited many times and enjoyed my stay. The staff are polite and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. Look forward to returning soon.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient to public transportation and/or walking to places of interest. A mini-fridge would have made the stay perfect to store any leftover meals or drinks.

Extremely disappointed with the stay. Was first given a room with a cracked sink in the bathroom and a disfigured bin. Air conditioning does not seem to work in any of the rooms. Filters of the ACs haven’t been cleaned. It took the staff a day to change the room. In the new room the shower was not working and again the AC was not working. At night the rooms get very warm. As a result I was not able to sleep the 4 nights I was there. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are multiple other hotels in the same location. Also the nobody at the reception picks the a phone up!

Everything about this hotel is amazing , from the moment you step your foot in the door and take in your surroundings wow is all I can say .Our room had beautiful view of the river was very nicely decorated comfy bed and the breakfast was delicious.

Not as nice as expected

Staff are amazing , room wasnt the best dirty carpet , cracked corner of mirror and view just awful. The buffet breakfast was terrible people coughing sneezing all over food so paid for a coffee as we were not eating there , plates dirty no sanitizer or any cleaning of serving tongues but staff worked hard and got anything you asked for . Stayed in double deluxe , nothing deluxe about it such a shame .
