Smart hotel in good location

The hotel is a bit of a warren but when we found it our room was well appointed and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were very polite and attentive. The only criticism was breakfast service. It was very crowded and cooked items were not very hot. Also there was only one coffee machine in use. We would return

Great location, a few downsides, comfortable

We were there for 4 nights. The room was clean, quiet, good bed, great shower, good towels. Staff was helpful. We did not do breakfast included, ate one dinner there which was OK but limited selection. There were two downsides: when we travel and stay multiple nights we prefer to unpack. There were NO drawers, only one tiny shelf under the bedside table, nowhere to unpack. You have to be prepared to live out of the suitcase. The other downside was that the room got very stuffy if the air conditioning wasn't on. I was surprised there are NO openable windows, no way to ventilate the room other than the AC.
