Great hotel and staff

This hotel is amazing. The reception staff were super friendly and very professional. I was offered the upgrade and it was well worth it. The hotel is ideally situated, and there is plenty of parking available. The restaurant is bright and airy and has plenty of space. The food was of good quality and the service was exceptional. The lifts were a bit temperamental but on the whole, a great hotel that I'll be revisiting on a regular basis.

Great location lovely room we had two single beds me and my son for a night out with family. Everything was perfect about this hotel. Definitely worth the extra money, definitely better than the Hilton Garden Inn

Everything you desire in a Hotel.

We had a brilliant experience my daughter grandson 7yr and myself. Had a very good meal in the early evening and used the swimming pool and my daughter and I used the stern room and sauna. You are close to the City Centre, Exhibition Centre, Science Centre and more. Our room looked over the river Clyde it was lovely. We highly recommend staying here the staff were brilliant and so helpful we will definitely be staying there again. Irene😃

The hotel is lovely, the food, dinner and breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly however I did have issues. First was the hotel charging me £190 for the room even though I explained that I had already paid for it through Expedia, then the jacuzzi was out of order something that we were looking forward to, then the bed was far too hard so we didn’t get a good sleep so we’re shattered in the morning

Brilliant staff, comfy rooms but slightly tired

The hotel staff were some of the most helpful I've experienced! There were significant issues with Expedia/hotels.com messing up the booking but the staff did ask they could to help me sort it. Unfortunately the in room air conditioning was broken which is not good in a heat wave. Breakfast and dinner were all very good.

English sparkling wine not available for our celebration meal with friends. Told we could have the Moët but would have to pay the difference?!!! Didn’t argue at the time but mentioned the poor customer service at the desk next morning. Chap agreed it was a pretty poor show and took our room number to mention it to management…,heard nothing! Just thought this was a poor way to leave a good impression.
