A pleasant stay.
Lovely clean spacious room. All ok except as a personal preference the pillows were too bulky for me. Shower pressure wasn’t great. Very annoying to get an e mail regarding booking into car park next door to get a 25 percent discount but this was sent 30 minutes prior to check in time and we had already travelled up hours before this and already parked.

It was okay, the room was pretty dull even with the lights on,when walking into the room there was no oomph more like “ok” a lot of empty space that could be used for something, curtains had stains on them in bedroom, stain on the table that looked like it is permanent in living area, TV in bedroom doesn’t have any signal either so you couldn’t watch anything. It was an ok room

I loved it. I was there visiting my nephew and his husband. It was a comfortable space to have them over. It was a home away from home. The only negative I could say to anyone looking is this: If you are not a big city person, you might find it too noisy for you. I did not as I live in a big city. The police station is very nearby, so you will hear a lot of sirens. If this type of thing would bother you, it might not be your pick. But it was perfectly fine for me!

An excellent find. Very clean and highly appointed a great place for stays of 2 nights plus. In the heart of the Merchant quarter it is a 10 minute walk from Queens train station and the centre of town. No complaints whatsoever. The staff are efficient, friendly and very helpful.

Excellent stay in super suites
We arrived in Glasgow early and took our bags to the suites for safe keeping whilst we went for something to eat. Rachel offered to look after them for us but then saw that she could check us in earlier and upgraded us from an executive suite to an executive one bed apartment. The staff were fantastic throughout our visit and the apartment was brilliant. The apartment was very well maintained, plenty of space, everything you would need if you wanted to cook and very comfortable. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. There was everything we needed, hair dryer, iron, slippers, bathrobes, glassware, tea and coffee and snacks. The whole suites were extremely well maintained and looked after and we had a great stay. The location is excellent close to some great places to eat and visit. We went to the OVO Hydro Arena and was short walk and easy transit on the train. Next time in Glasgow we will certainly be looking at Fraser Suites as our preferred place to stay. Thank you to Rachel and the rest of the staff who made our stay most enjoyable.

Great place if your room is not above the pub
Stayed here many times. Unfortunately, room. 219 is above the pub Maggies which is open till around 3am and you can hear loud music and voices if you’re trying to sleep. Other than that, it’s a great location. Not sure how they would overcome that other than making it known at the booking stage.
