Great location. Parking went well, no need to go outside as level 5 takes you straight onto concourse at central station. Room was nice and clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was superb! Overall great experience .

Very helpful front desk folks made my stay super easy and comfortable. They answered any and all my questions and concerns. The location cannot be overlooked but the food and the service are also great reasons to stay. It’s also pet friendly which just meant I bumped into lovely dogs throughout my stay! Cannot speak more highly of this hotel or its staff. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Booked in for 2days and nights, first night i was up allnight, the room was so!!!!!! cold it was reported that night, they did respond to our complaint. Was down the next morning to report again as it was blowing cold air all night. Am home with the cold and not feeling that good after this experience. This has not been a good experience as i was so looking forward to my time away to relax. Thank you. MRS E Mccluskey.

Liked the size of the room and the bed. But bathroom was moldy. Service was not good as we requested for the air conditioning display to checked as it was blinking blue light all night making the black out curtains use less since the light was coming in from there. There was also constant water noise which we asked to be checked which was not checked as well. Housekeeping wasn't sent up even after requesting for them to. So we had to ring them again for coffee and tea and toilet paper refills.

Weekend in Glasgow
The hotel is centrally located, as part of Central Station. The rooms are a good size, ours had a shower with concourse view. Beds comfy, safe and hairdryer provided. Lots of power point with USB. The hotel is large an as such was hosting many Xmas parties. These didnt finish until 1.30 am and could be heard in the room. We could also hear the neighbour snoring, so if you are a.light sleeper this may not be the hotel for you. Breakfast wasnt included in the room rate, but there are plenty of places local for food.
