Not certain we would stay there again. Breakfast buffet was good and abundant. Room was small but in good condition. Limited entertainment. I liked it but it wasn’t great.
Hotel was centrally located. Parking was across the street in a parking garage. Room was small but comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Staff were helpful.
Everything was great apart from fire alarm at 4.00 am n having to go out in the street & get out our bed

Conveniently situated city hotel, pleasant and efficient staff,good breakfast. Reasonable choice of restaurants nearby but very busy-recommend booking. Parking across the road reasonable with validation. Only problem really was the bed in our room was terribly uncomfortable-uneven and dipping-like sleeping on a large lilo.
Arriving at this hotel, there were 5 staff members behind the reception area. They were all chatting amongst themselves and did not pay any attention to us, and I had to interrupt in order to get checked in. During our 2 night visit, staff at reception were unfriendly and not attentive to customers. Our room was poorly lit - one bedside light and one light in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast was ok, although some of the hot food was actually cold. For being advertised as a 3 star hotel, I was disappointed and expected better accommodation and customer service.
I like this hotel its comfortable and in a central location. Parking is £14 a night but breakfast is in with the price so you have to consider your options.
Perfect spot within 15 mins of bus and train stations. Excellent breakfast buffet. And really appreciated how genuinely friendly the guy manning the breakfast area was.And I told him that. Really rare to get a smile in that area of the hotel in my opinion. Friendly at front desk too. Water was a little lukewarm in shower a couple of days and if you are a back sleeper a flashing light on smoke detector over bed not helpful. Overall great experience.
